We are looking for a talented HR Robotic Process Automation Analyst to join our team specializing in Cummins Corporate – Human Resources for our HR Business Segment in Nashville, TN.

 

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

 

• This role is a part of Cummins RPA network and a core team member of the HR Automation Team.

• Will work with RPA steering committee members to identify and calibrate strategic automation opportunities for Human Resources and provide business cases as needed.

• Participate in requirements gathering and design conversations with business partners to advance automations throughout development, testing and production deployments.

• Document functional and technical solution designs and gather required governance and internal controls approvals.

• Develop automations utilizing UIPath Suite, create test cases, scenarios and conduct user acceptance tests with customers.

• Support infant care and deliver advanced operational support and enhancements to multiple automation.

 

Education

University, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

 

Experience

Relevant work experience (4 plus years) in Human Resource Information Systems preferred.

 

• Two to three years of relevant experience developing RPAs in one or more of the following platforms: UIPath (preferred), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere.

• Relevant experience in application and database programming (.NET, Phyton, VB Script, SQL).

• Proven experience with advance data manipulation and transfer across a myriad interfaces and environments, including the use of API, worksheets, premise and cloud databases, data analysis tools and web-based applications.

• Hands on development knowledge of automations involving Computer Vision, and Cognitive / AI elements preferred. UIPath Developer / Advanced Developer certification preferred • Analytical and communication skills & ability to work independently, taking proactive steps to advance assigned activities.
