We are looking for an experienced HR caseworker to join the busy HR team at Abingdon and Witney College. The role includes managing a large and varied caseload including health and wellbeing support, performance management, attendance management, disciplinary, and grievance across the College.
Working with the Casework Co-ordinator, the HR Manager and Head of HR, you will ensure a pro-active approach to employee relations issues. The role involves providing consistent and timely advice to employees and line managers, including coaching and liaising with Occupational Health and other external bodies.
The successful candidate will also support with project work and policy updates. Therefore, it is also a requirement to keep accurate and up to date case notes, be comfortable with data collection, input and analysis and attention to detail, professional communication skills and an awareness of employment law and best practice are essential for this role.
We would accept candidates in the process of achieving Level 5 of their CIPD Qualification or willing to achieve at least Level 5.
