Full-Time HR Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our established, friendly HR team.
You will be responsible for providing an accurate and timely HR Administrative service for the HR team, overseeing the recruitment of new starters and supporting the administration of the complete employee lifecycle (starters, leavers, contractual variations, secondments, flexible working requests, acting
up, right to work checks, DBS checks).
You will support managers to manage the Recruitment process and work closely with our outsource recruitment provider, Cohesion to onboard new starters in an efficient way. You will work closely with operational managers and the Payroll team.
You will be happy to work from home, with some travel to our area offices in Maidstone, London and our services in the southeast when required.
You will have had previous experience working in an administrative role in an HR team. You will have had experience of supporting mangers with the recruitment process and processing contractual and payroll documentation.
You will be organised, flexible and able to prioritise your own work. You will be used to working to deadlines, have excellent communication skills and be able to work quickly and accurately. In addition, you will be resilient and able to work under pressure.

You may have experience of the following: HR Admin, Human Resources Admin, HR Administrator, Human Resources Administrator, HR Officer, HR Assistant, CIPD.
