Housing Development Specialist
Coordinates housing development programs, assuring that services are provided to eligible participants. Develops, coordinates, and implements housing development and affordable housing programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Economic Development Initiative (EDI) in support of City-wide initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Planning, or related field AND three (3) years of experience in housing programs, real estate, urban planning, or mortgage lending. Valid Class D driver’s license is required. Specific HUD technical certifications are preferred.
SALARY: $53,723.90 – $76,425.65 / Annually
