Hourly Paid Lecturer – Hairdressing
£22.73-£30.81 per hour, dependant on level of teaching qualification

We are looking for an inspirational, creative and conscientious individual to join our successful Hair and Beauty team within the Lee Stafford Hair Academy at Abingdon and Witney College as a part-time hourly paid lecturer in Hairdressing.
To support your application, you will need to hold a Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing, recent experience of work within the industry and ideally a recognised teaching or assessor qualification.
If you are working in industry and are considering becoming a teacher but do not yet hold a teaching qualification, the college can support you to achieve this.
This role may be eligible for the ‘Taking Teaching Further (TTF)’ programme, which supports professionals as they move into teaching in the further education sector. Support from the TTF programme can include an initial reduction in teaching workload and enrolment onto teacher training.
