Full-Time Health, Safety & Environmental Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor with a flair for coaching a diverse team and a genuine passion for continuous improvement projects to join our manufacturing plant in Huddersfield, UK.

* Develop and foster a positive HSE culture. Instill fundamental values with everyone on-site – focusing on achieving a zero-incident environment.
* Coach and mentor the HSE team, setting and achieving KPI’s and encouraging skills developments and progression.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve and sustain world-class HSE performance.
* Chair HSEMS Management Reviews with site leadership.
* Develop intricate hazard control designs, methods, procedures, and programs.
* Anticipate, identify, and evaluates hazardous safety conditions and environmental risks.
* Create and present HSE reports for the site to our Corporate HSE team.
To be successful, you will need;
* NEBOSH certified with substantial experience in a similar role.
* Significant experience managing HSE within a high-risk environment.
* Previous experience in a team supervisory role is essential.
* To be an influential leader who can motivate people to achieve critical targets by working smartly and collaboratively.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary between £35,500 – £44,400 depending on experience.
* Defined contribution pension scheme – company contributions up to 9%
* Annual bonus plan – 4% of annual salary and dependent on payout factor of company performance maximum x2
