We are looking for a talented HSE Manager to join our team specializing in Health and Safety for our Filtration Business in Neillsville, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Develop and lead the overall Health, Safety and Environmental Management System for the site.
* Anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous safety conditions and environmental risk.
* Interpret and apply internal and external standards in support of hazard and risk reduction and compliance.
* Train employees and other applicable personnel on HSE procedures, practices, and controls.
* Develop, implement, administer and advise others on hazard and risk control programs.
* Supervise HSE Supervisors, Technicians and lead HSEMS Management Reviews.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Minimum 3 years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience
* Minimum 5 years Supervisory / Leadership experience
* Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of different audiences
* Experience building and developing a team
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
