Job Description
We are looking for a talented Harrisburg RDC Shift Leader-1^st Shift to join our team specializing in Logistics for our site in Harrisburg, PA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Provides operations leadership for warehouse team during assigned shift at the Regional Distribution Center
* Provides leadership and improvement focus for warehouse operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality & production
* Manage, coach, and develop staff; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
* Provide safe working environment for all Cummins and contract employees.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* College, university, or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject required
* Proven leadership experience of 3+ years in leading teams or relevant work experiences
* Proficient in MS Office to include: MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
