The GSC works to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive campus for women and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and asexual (LGBTQA+) students. To that end, as the Program Administrator you will manage the educational and leadership development programs for students, GSC Pride Reps and Leaders Roundtable. You will lead the facilitation of co-curricular experiences and advise student-led clubs. You will track program data, evaluate impact, and recommend adjustments as necessary. You will also cultivate campus partnerships proactively, strategically, and collaboratively throughout the university.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Programming: Oversee student leadership and education programs including the GSC Pride Reps Program and GSC Leaders Roundtable Program. Directly facilitates year-long co-curricular educational and social experiences. Tracks program data, evaluates impact, and recommends adjustments as necessary. 35%
- Students: Supervises student employees. Advises student-run affinity clubs and organizations. 25%
- Operations: As part of a student-centered, fast-paced environment, independently performs complex duties including non-routine tasks. Assists with budget monitoring, writing and editing reports, researching and compiling data, supporting committees and events, and developing and administering evaluations and surveys. Serves as administrative liaison to internal and external organizations. 15%
- Partnerships: Identifies, solicits, and cultivates partnerships proactively, strategically, and collaboratively throughout the university. May manage student office hours, meetings, and committees. 15%
- Events: Supports signature events including the open house, winter reception, spring social, Lavender Graduation, and the Gender and Sexuality Symposium. 5%
- Provide support to the GSC Director. Other duties as required, including providing coverage for essential functions during vacations, sick days, and other times of extraordinary demand. 5%
Education and work experience:
BS/BA/equivalent required plus 1-3 years experience in student advising, social work, counseling, education, community organizing, or a closely related field.
Proactive, articulate, personable, well-organized, service-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects concurrently. Must possess specific knowledge of gender and sexuality topics and communities; experience working with college students; ability to drive a car; available during the evening and weekends, as necessary. Passion for the GSC’s mission and experience working with women and LGBTQA+ communities.
