Gas Station Manager – Full-Time
Location: Grimshaw, AB T0H 1W0
Salary: $41.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Location: On site only (no remote work)
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, On Call, Flexible Hours

Overview:
Coast Hotels & Suites Grimshaw is seeking a dedicated and experienced Gas Station Manager to lead operations at our busy convenience store and gas station. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong management skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the gas station and convenience store
- Manage and assign duties to staff (11–15 team members)
- Determine product offerings and services to be sold
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
- Plan, manage, and monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 2 years of related work experience
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Work Setting:
- Convenience store and gas station within a retail environment
- Physical presence at the location is required
