Faculty Administrator 

£21,483-£22,934 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The shift pattern will be 7.5 hours Monday-Thursday and 7 hours on a Friday 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

 

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised, professional administrator with excellent communication, literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to support the innovative Faculty of Public and Professional Industries.  

The Faculty is made up of the following curriculum areas: Public Services, Sport, Business, Hair and Beauty and the School of Health and Education. The work of the faculty is extremely varied, and you must have a flexible approach to work whilst maintaining the ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines.  

The successful applicant will be able to thrive in a very busy environment and provide a high level of administrative support, including diary management, minute taking, organisation of faculty interviews and open days, various marketing events and a range of other secretarial functions.  

This is an exciting challenge with an opportunity for additional training and the possibility of completing a Degree Apprenticeship alongside. The successful candidate would be required to travel between campuses and provide administrative support where necessary.
