DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Facilities Project Manager to join our team specializing in Facilities for our Corporate, CBS Division, Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Schedule Management – Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
• Scope Management – Manages a list of project deliverables (scope) using the recommended project management tools and processes to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
Project Resource Management – Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.
Project Issue and Risk Management – Manages the process to identify, assess and prioritize issues and risks using recommended tools and processes to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of negative events or to maximize the realization of positive events.
Customer focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Manages conflict – Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.
Communicates effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Financial acumen – Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
• Actively participates and occasionally leads project budgeting activities, including but not limited to:
+ facilitate conversations with stakeholders (business, general contractor, architect, designer, etc…) to define the project budget.
• Actively working multiple projects concurrently, all different types (construction, renovation, demolition) and at different stages (design, procurement, construction)
• Create and maintain project documentation including leadership material (presentation and pre-read material), PMO software updates and project charter
• Actively track and monitor the general project health status (on-track, behind schedule, complete), budget and specific deliverables on individual projects
• Serve as point person with different elements of the (internal) business, demonstrating an ability to facilitate a relationship and active discussions/communications across multiple functional swim lanes. Requesting information from IT, Hospitality, Security, CBS, etc. Contacts representatives for information and follows-up, when needed

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
