ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly organized, detailed oriented and resourceful Executive Assistant, who will work directly with the co-founder and lead Partner, Nell Daly, and lend as needed support to our lead Revenge analyst – in a fast paced start up like environment.
You will play a crucial role in managing the professional and personal aspects of the Partner’s day-to-day activities, helping ensure smooth operations across the firm’s needs. Flexibility, long hours, and adaptability to an ever-changing workload are essential.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. They are a team player who has a strong sense of relationship development and management, operations, and creative industry experience, knowledge of venture and finance is a plus.
They must enjoy working with entrepreneurs, and assisting with brand management, communications, social channels, content, press and events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the Partner’s email, calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel with our travel partner.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to critical information.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including setting up for internal meetings, calls, and events.
- Writing & Content Creation:
- Draft high-quality emails, internal and external communication with portfolio companies and stakeholders
- Assist in writing, editing, and curating content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
- Help manage content strategy across digital platforms for the firm alongside our inhouse Creative Director
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on market trends, industry news, potential investments, and partnerships in the sports, tech, consumer, entertainment, media, and lifestyle sectors.
- General Support:
- Manage and prioritize competing requests for the Partner’s attention, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
- Provide ad-hoc support as required for the Partner’s personal and professional commitments.
- Ensure seamless communication between the Partner and the rest of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a startup, high-growth environment, or creative environment
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and impactful written materials (e.g., emails, reports, content).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle complex scheduling, travel, and logistics with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Experience in the sports, talent, entertainment, media, fashion or venture is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work long hours and be available on-demand during peak times or urgent needs.
- A passion for content creation and an interest in the industries we serve.
