Full-Time Event Coordinator
Job Description
- Lead and effectively manage small events and projects with oversight from senior team members.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and conferences.
- Work with the Event Manager and internal stakeholders to compile event invite lists.
- Lead day-to-day management of event RSVP lists and compiling weekly reports.
- Collaborate with the Event Manager to manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, signage, and other event-related services.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare event materials such as presentations, agendas, attendee lists, and name tags.
- Maintain accurate records of event expenses, invoices, and receipts.
- Schedule post-event activities, including attendee feedback surveys and event debriefs.
- Facilitate new event inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders.
- Be the cornerstone of organization within the team, managing pivotal event documents and communications.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees to ensure smooth event execution.
What you bring to the table:
- 1 to 3 years admin/coordinator experience, preferably within an events-focused role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing event logistics and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and G Drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings or weekends as required for events.

How to Apply
The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $61,900 to $68,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
