Pay Rate to Intermediary: £250 per day
Spinwell is recruiting for a EUD Engineer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EUD ENGINEER
The role of an End User Device (EUD) Engineer is to ensure the quality of the service provided is of a high standard providing the customer with an excellent experience and delivering within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE EUD ENGINEER
- Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery.
- Proven experience of supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops and desktops.
- Previous experience of resolving incidents, requests and problems.
- Proven experience of identifying and delivering service improvements.
- Excellent customer experience ethos.
- Proven experience of creating procedure and knowledge base documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
- Must have capability to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake all
- Assignments in a timely manner.
- Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential.*
- Good communication skills.
- Preferable ITIL V3Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent.
- Preferable Experience using ServiceNow.
