Estate Supervisor 

 

£27.980- 29.827 per annum,  

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is 7.5 hours per day Monday – Thursday and 7 hours on Friday  52 weeks per annum 

Witney Campus 

Permanent 

 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a hard-working, honest, flexible, dependable person to join our friendly and busy Estates team as an Estates Supervisor at our Witney and Common Leys Farm campuses. 

 

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and general maintenance of the estate to ensure the safe and efficient running of the college facilities, providing a proactive response to customer needs, and ensuring high cleaning standards so that premises are always presented in an immaculate state. 

 

You will be a self-starter with good team leading, organisational, and communication skills, a good understanding of estates services, and experience of working with contractors in an Estates/ Facilities environment. 

 

You should have an enthusiastic and positive manner with the ability to work to deadlines and have great attention to detail and accuracy. You will be expected to observe safe working practices and should have a good understanding of 

health and safety laws. We will support you to obtain relevant qualifications. 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a building trade, commercial cleaning, or security of large sites. You will have a clean driving licence and own transport to travel between college sites.
