- Support system testing during updates, especially when Workday releases new features twice a year, to help ensure existing functionality continues to work as expected.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping coordinate test scenarios, preparing test users, and assisting in capturing and verifying results — especially during new releases or configuration changes in Workday or SAP.
- Assist with onboarding and training support for new ERP users by helping set up access, answering initial questions, and supporting functional colleagues during training sessions.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and support the implementation of minor fixes.
- Gain a deep understanding of the full ERP landscape, including both technical architecture and business processes, with a clear growth path towards more specialized roles.
