The Position
The Engagement Project Manager is responsible for supporting the engagement team to ensure effective communication with Internal and External Stakeholders. The Engagement Project Manager will lead all aspects of project planning and execution.
What You Will Do
- Lead and Manage timeline execution for all engagement products
- Define and track project metrics in order to demonstrate success and identify inefficiencies and create streamlined processes.
- Track projects against defined outcomes, discover potential problems before they occur, bring the right people together, and leverage flexible techniques to keep projects flowing through execution.
- Facilitate internal communications across the organization to identify needs and solicit information to effectively solve needs
- Manage production schedules and event calendar
- Conduct stakeholder research to ensure effectiveness of communication strategies
- Work with the Engagement Director to map out tasks required to execute engagement strategy
Who You Are
- You have a background in Advertising, Marketing, or Public Relations
- You are organized, detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize
- You work closely and communicate with a cross-functional team
- You love to facilitate meetings and ensure the expected outcome is met
- You are able to break down complex problems into small measurable parts
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience
- Experience as a designer a plus
- You are a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
We hire at the GS-12 level equivalent. This means you can expect a salary of $86,283 to $112,172 (depending on experience) for a Boston-based position (pay will be adjusted by location), as well as paid time off, health, and retirement benefits. There are advancement opportunities to promote to senior levels after hiring.
