Full-Time Enablement Manager
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is seeking an Enablement Manager to join our client’s software file hosting service, headquartered in San Francisco, California in a 100% remote capacity. Our client offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software. As the Enablement Manager, you will run the revenue enablement programs globally. In this role, you will partner with sales, channel, and customer success to develop sales initiatives, training, and collateral for customer-facing sellers. You will also be responsible for reporting on synergy revenue and progress to goals. The ideal candidate will have product marketing experience with a focus on sales enablement as well as basic proficiency with data.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications:
- 5+years’ experience in Sales in a similar environment is required
- A track record of having the Drive, Clinical Competency, and Interpersonal Savvy to develop and maintain strong relationships with a varied group of HCPs is critical
- Has well-developed selling skills with a strong focus on customer needs
- Energy, resilience, and enthusiasm is a key advantage in this role. Self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop effective territory and accounts plans for large territories
- Comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels within and outside the business
- Personal Effectiveness – must be able to work under pressure and autonomously; successfully manage a very diverse and demanding workload
- Excellent computer literacy. Skilled in the use of CRM systems and MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
