Full-Time Email Production Associate
Job Description
Skillcrush is on the hunt for an Email Production Associate to join our team! This is a full-time, early-career role for someone with outstanding attention to detail, a knack for solving problems, and true enthusiasm for doing the behind-the-scenes work on a fast-paced sales team.
As Email Production Associate on our email marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day production of emails, lists, workflows, landing pages, webinars, and other sales efforts. You’ll also test and monitor all aspects of digital sales so you should be extremely detail-oriented and capable of spotting a broken link – or when an email send is missing even a few hundred recipients! – from a mile away.
While experience in email marketing is a plus, we can teach you the tools and the work. But you need to already be very comfortable with and excited to do this kind of “nitty gritty” sales operations work. You should be able to follow existing processes but also be adept at seeing opportunities for improvement and jumping in to fix problems as they arise.
In addition, part of the Email Production Associate job is helping with sales reporting so you’ll need to know your way around reports and spreadsheets, be confident handling quantitative and qualitative data, and be able to draw conclusions from them.
You’re a good fit for this role if you’re a team player who takes direction well but is also proactive and can work independently. The ideal candidate is the type that thrives under deadlines, is highly organized, and loves both routines and surprises since every day in this role will be filled with both!

Responsibilities
* Build and schedule emails in our marketing platform
* Create subscriber lists and the necessary workflows to automate sales processes
* Set up landing pages for special offers and webinars
* QA and monitoring emails, lists, workflows to make sure everything is working as expected, and troubleshoot when they’re not.
* Support sales reporting
* Solve issues with and make improvements to team documentation and processes

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while contributing to a positive and supportive culture
* Available to work a flexible range of hours that overlaps with standard business hours (9am-5pm) on US Eastern Time
* Access to a reliable, high-speed Internet connection

Pay Range
$60-70k, commensurate with skills and experience
