Full-Time Early Intervention Services (EIS) Specialist
Job Description
Position PurposeWith the guidance of the Testing and Linkage to Care Manager, the Early Intervention Services (EIS) Specialist will assist newly diagnosed and out-of-care individuals in accessing primary HIV medical care, conduct outreach and case finding activities with high-risk focus populations, and facilitate HIV education to individual clients and in group settings.
