We are looking for a talented Diversity Talent & Sourcing Partnerships Manager to join our team specializing in Diversity Sourcing for our Talent Acquisition Team in Columbus, IN. This role has the opportunity to be remote/hybrid within the United States.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Leads the diversity strategy for exempt experienced candidates and delivers identified diversity projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global diversity strategies and business objectives.
* Builds meaningful partnerships with business and talent acquisition leaders to innovate, standardize and scale efforts to attract a highly qualified, broadly diverse workforce.
* Manages the Equity Sourcing Team, overseeing development of strategy, metrics, and execution.
* Effectively analyzes data, utilizes data-based decision methodologies to create a healthy candidate sourcing ecosystem.
* Maintains a strong awareness of diversity issues and trends; educates, consults, and mentors talent acquisition partners on diversity issues and trends.
* Champions an inclusive work environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
External Talent Sourcing – identifies and applies appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage diverse talent in the external market
Data Analytics – interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.
Communicates Effectively – develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Additional Competencies Needed: Change Management, Courage, Ability to Build Networks, Organizational/Interpersonal Savvy, and Collaboration.
Education/Experience
* College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
