The role: As Director of Product Management, you’ll drive a roadmap for Groups360 product lines. This position will assist the Senior Vice President of Product Management on the strategy and execution of our product lines and ensure the product roadmap is flexible enough to allow for growth.   This is a strategic role that requires strong partnerships with other functions across the company. You’ll partner with the SVP of Product and other leaders to translate product vision into strategic and technological business decisions. You will present findings, roadmaps, and strategy sessions with senior leadership. You’ll be accountable for metrics ownership to translate strategy into results. Lastly, you’ll align and inspire your team by effectively communicating the strategy and driving the team to success.

 

What you will do:

  • Perform as a key leader of furthering Company’s strategy by hiring, developing, and retaining talent, as well as influencing organizational structure, and expanding the overall knowledge across the enterprise.
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and tactical product roadmaps; will partner with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, Program Management, UX, Engineering, DevOps and Support.
  • Establish product and business requirements based on market analysis, business strategy and client needs.
  • Work closely with sales, development and professional services to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications and in the construction of the products.
  • Work closely with strategic external partners to maintain engagement, communicate roadmaps, and ideate on new product direction.
  • develop business plans, to include: the product strategy, as well as the financial and transaction-based forecasts.
  • Participate in sales activities contributing to a marketing and sales strategy along with our marketing and sales teams.
  • Validate and prioritize requirements including defining benefits and impacts of releases across the organization and clients.
  • Achieve subscriber, transactions, quality, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Provide direction and guidance to development teams, leaders, and customers about product goals, vision, and priorities.

 

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in software Product Management with most of the experience in leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience building and managing product teams.
  • 3+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership.

 

Additional eligibility qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels.
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Excel; specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts.
  • Other qualifications as required.

 

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F, HYBRID; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements.

Status: Exempt

Location:  Brentwood, TN, HYBRID (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
