Full-Time Director of Nursing (Inpatient)
Job Description
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the leadership and supervision of nursing staff at all adult, inpatient, behavioral health sites. This position ensures nursing functions are delivered in accordance with best practices and Spectrum policies and procedures. The Director of Nursing works collaboratively with management and the quality improvement team to ensure quality care is provided and they direct and monitor quality improvement activities. Must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.
The position requires travel between Westborough and Weymouth MA.
Annual salary: $85,000-$100,000

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of current MA RN license, BSN preferred.
- Current CPR certificate or must obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum five years of clinical/medical experience required, with at least one-year management/supervisory experience required.
- Experience in the substance abuse/mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
