Full-Time Digital Strategist

A Digital Strategist pushes the boundaries of creative and strategic thinking, planning and doing within the context of digital. Responsible for working with both the creative and digital teams, you bridge the gap between idea and execution, taking the brightest idea and building a perfect implementation plan. Think social, search, content, media. No pixel is left unturned.

In turn, you are responsible for strategic and creative development across both client and Manifest work. The vision for your role is to ensure a strong digital strategic spine across all creative campaigns to ensure we remain unified/integrated in our thinking at all times. In doing that, you play your part in upholding Manifest’s mission; to build brands that change the world.

What is expected of a Digital Strategist?

Your brief is to think in the round when it comes to digital and deliver exceptional work that strategically considers the full opportunity digital presents in a creative opportunity. Not just answering the brief but kicking the shit out of the opportunity to be remarkable.  As a day-to-day lead, you will:

  • Be a voice; demonstrate a well-versed knowledge of digital in the round and show how that translates to the creative ideas we implement at Manifest.
  • Be a creative practitioner; someone who can be relied on to think big and get their hands dirty with the detail. Demonstrate knowledge but, most importantly, do the work to get sh*t done with the help of the wider team – delegation is important, too.
  • Be an inspiration; a guiding hand and a teacher for the rest of the team by educating and helping them to hone their own strategic approach. You’ll also inspire a culture of digital innovation in the agency alongside the Digital Director.

What does the future hold?

As a driver of a strategic, planned approach within digital and content, you will have the opportunity to define your role alongside the Digital Director. You will have the freedom to work towards a digital director role or specialise as a media / content / social media director as suiting your personal growth plans and the growth of the agency.

As we grow, we are on a mission to redefine digital and content. So a heads up – we don’t just want someone who generates click-throughs. We want someone who can incite a mindset and behaviour change in consumers. In turn you will have the backing and the team around you to help create award-winning work that creates movements and builds brands that change the world.

Salary:

  • Expect £35k to £45k dependent on experience
