Job Description
We are looking for a talented Digital Product Manager to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Corporate Office in Shoreview, MN / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Manages key product line lifecycles. Understands and interprets market and industry trends.
• Creates the product vision, strategy, forecasts, annual operating plans and executes the digital roadmap to achieve product goals
• Develops all aspects of the marketing mix and introduction plans to ensure the successful launch of new products and solutions into the market.
• Ability to use Design Thinking principles and Pragmatic framework tools to define customer, market and regional personas and needs
• Ability to understand key activities and issues in software product development to effectively communicate and translate with both business, market and development team stakeholders
• Leads internal and external communications with stakeholders, leadership teams, cross-functional teams, and customers.
• Collaborates with the cross functional teams, global teams, and customers to collect market insights and translate them into digital features and stories to guide development.
• Effectively creates and prioritizes product opportunities to maximize business results
• Strong desire to be part of the digital industrial revolution and ability to navigate ambiguity and organization maturity gaps
• Ability to quickly learn new product management approaches and tools in an Agile product development environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited university/college
• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
