Job Description
British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon.
Triathlon England is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries, and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
British Triathlon are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has a passion for social media and online marketing. The successful applicant will work alongside the Communications Team and be responsible for supporting our social media and marketing activities on a day to day basis.
The apprentice will be required to undertake a training programme working towards the Level 3 Award in Digital Marketing (City and Guilds) and complete Functional Skills qualifications (if required in Maths and English). Full training and support will be provided.
The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters located at Loughborough University; Travel expenses to and from the learning centre will be reimbursed.
