We are looking for a dedicated marketer who has a bias for action and the drive to get stuff done, as well as a mentality that can deliver both creativity and data-based decision making.

  • Look for ways to optimize campaign strategies with A/B testing in order to enhance conversion potential.
  • Prioritize projects based on return on investment and present ideas to the Digital Communications Manager and other collaborators.
  • Provide thorough quality assurance of emails and texts pre-delivery, across mobile and desktop variants, and use best practices for email delivery.
  • Provide reporting on campaign & program performance as well as insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage segmentation, and behavioral targeting to enhance engagement and next best actions.
  • Identifying data needs and requirements for evolving personalization and dynamic content across a rapidly growing brand family.
