This Development Services Associate II will be responsible for:
- Creating or editing records on existing database, ensuring that all records conform to standards established by the Development Services Department.
- Sorting the lockbox batches as received by courier.
- Entering gifts under $1000 through batch entry on database, ensuring amounts are accurate, codes are correct, and money is being directed by donor intent.
- Running acknowledgment letters through the folding machine and assisting with stuffing the letters to be mailed out.
- Providing clerical duties when necessary.
To qualify, you must have:
- A high school level of educational development, college preferred, and six to twelve months of previous experience.
- The analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in circumstances or situations vary.
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- The ability to learn and use automated information systems on a personal computer.
