Full-Time Deputy Director of Digital Advocacy Campaigns
Job Description
- Monitor and report out on national campaign performance, recommending optimizations as needed
- Collaborate with leadership of other departments and other colleagues to develop ambitious and creative strategies for engagement and supporter-centric campaigns
- Maintain a culture of learning, experimentation and iteration across all our channels. Seek out new practices and learnings from others both within and outside the organization to share with the team;
- Act in a leadership role in partnering with fundraising and field to create integrated user journeys, segmentation strategies.
- Leverage lapsed data to identify ways to grow our movement and re-engage supporters.
- Coordinate the creation and dissemination of digital content (websites, email, online actions, videos, social and multimedia content) for assigned campaigns and mobilizations.
You should have:
- 3+ years of digital advocacy or digital organizing work for political campaigns or non-profit groups.
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and campaigns under tight deadlines
- Experience leading national campaigns and track record of successfully increasing digital engagement
- Deep commitment to testing, reporting, and analyzing results.
- 1+ year(s) of management experience
- Ability to communicate on complex policy in an inclusive and digestible way
