ABOUT THE ROLE
Analytics works with numerous departments across Uncommon Goods to turn data into insights. As a data analyst, you will help our analytics team deliver actionable data to end users within the company to guide decisions and find new business opportunities. An ideal candidate would be humble, curious, and proactive in looking for new solutions and in learning new skills.
You will:
- Create, improve, and maintain reports within Tableau to help other departments unearth insights, find new ways of evaluating performance, and identify trends in the business.
- Analyze and explore data to assess the performance of ongoing programs (e.g., marketing initiatives, A/B tests) and to identify new insights and opportunities.
- Take on other analytical projects as you demonstrate your abilities and interests.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with the ambition to break into the data analytics field and learn rapidly. You’ll be working with a small team of analytics experts that will help shape your development.
