Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Cybersecurity Manager to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Business Segment in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Develop, manage, and supervise direct reports and resources to support cybersecurity goals and objectives.
• Advise senior cybersecurity management and IT leadership on the benefits of cybersecurity initiatives, projects, efforts, and technologies.
• Advocate, communicate, and support the official position and value of the cybersecurity as it relates to policy, requirements, and risk.
• Contribute to the development of the cybersecurity strategic plan to support the business based on organization capacity and needed capabilities.
• Collaborate with external organizations, vendors, and stakeholders to manage and maintain supplier, industry, and cybersecurity community relationships.
• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of the enterprise’s cybersecurity safeguards to ensure that deliver the intended level of cybersecurity protection and cybersecurity risk reduction as part of a product lifecycle or CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide input to improved or modify cybersecurity requirements and policies that balance the business needs and an acceptable level of cybersecurity risk.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject, or relevant experience. An MBA or Degree in Business is HIGHLY preferred.
• Proven experience of technical knowledge in Cybersecurity.
• Strong ability to communicate both written and verbal.
• On the job experience prioritizing competing resources and initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
