DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Cyber Program Portfolio and Metrics Lead to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Segment in Columbus, IN. This is a key position that will be responsible for both, driving the Global Cybersecurity portfolio of key initiatives, projects, and work and creation of cyber metrics that can be utilized for measuring, monitoring, and ongoing reporting. The individual in this role needs to be able to effectively influence without authority, have experience utilizing NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and metrics and dashboard tools. Traditional Project and Portfolio Management in addition to Agile experience is critical to support the diversity of work and prioritization needed.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Provide consultation on the aspects of threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance for solutions deployed within the environment.
• Manage, provide leadership and guidance to less experienced cybersecurity leaders. Prioritize and assign the tasks to be completed by a group of cybersecurity leaders.
• Identify systemic security issues based on the analysis of vulnerability and configuration data.
• Implement security measures to resolve vulnerabilities, mitigate risks and recommend security changes to system or system components as needed.
• Perform reviews and identify security and other weaknesses in solutions that may introduce risks to the enterprise and business goal achievement.
• Provide cybersecurity recommendations to leadership based on existing, emerging and new cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, which introduce risk to the achievement of business goals and objectives.
• Inform and provide governance regarding system security controls that ensure and provide for the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation of system resources and the data they process and store.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• 5-7 years of cybersecurity work experience. 2 years of experience with Cloud technology and concepts preferred
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject, or relevant experience required.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification preferred.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
