You’re great at taking complex information and translating it into clear, friendly language. You are an advocate for accurate information. You may be June’s next Writer! Our writers work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to create instructional material, technical support guidance, and customer-facing communications. You will be responsible for drafting, revising, and copy editing content that will vastly improve customer experience.
In the role…
You Will:
– Work cross-functionally with customer experience, technical, culinary, and marketing communications teams to turn customer queries into support articles and responses
– Craft instructions for new products
– Audit existing articles and identify gaps and content that would benefit from revision
– Become a human wikipedia of June knowledge
You Have:
– A degree in English, or comparable work experience
– 2-5 years writing content for diverse audiences
– A great grasp of grammar and punctuation
– Familiarity with content management systems and/or ability to quickly learn new input methods
– Bonus: culinary experience or a background in hardware and software troubleshooting
