Full-Time Customer Support Engineer
Job Description
Customer Support Engineer (CSE):
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Perform repairs, identify failures and provide corrective actions
- Monitor system health
- The work requires to work night and weekend
- Typically will work 12 hour shifts
We are seeking candidates with internships, projects, or work experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
- Semiconductor Manufacturing Process (process engineering, deposition, etching, material characterization)
- Robotics (manufacturing, assembly and programming)
- Software/programming/data analysis including: JMP, MATLAB, Excel, Python, SQL
- Hand tool usage: woodworking, welding, soldering, lathe, milling, drill press, band saw, torque wrench)
- Circuit development: Multisim, multimeters, oscilloscopes, wiring, soldering
- Component design/manufacturing: Global Formula Racing, overhaul of diesel engines, gas turbines, diesel generators, CPP system, evaporator or other various pieces of engineering equipment
- Manufacturing Engineering and machine shop environment
- Cleanroom processes, safety, periodic tool maintenance
