Full-Time Customer Support Engineer

Job Description

Customer Support Engineer (CSE):

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Perform repairs, identify failures and provide corrective actions
  • Monitor system health
  • The work requires to work night and weekend
  • Typically will work 12 hour shifts

We are seeking candidates with internships, projects, or work experience in 3 or more of the following areas:

  • Semiconductor Manufacturing Process (process engineering, deposition, etching, material characterization)
  • Robotics (manufacturing, assembly and programming)
  • Software/programming/data analysis including: JMP, MATLAB, Excel, Python, SQL
  • Hand tool usage: woodworking, welding, soldering, lathe, milling, drill press, band saw, torque wrench)
  • Circuit development: Multisim, multimeters, oscilloscopes, wiring, soldering
  • Component design/manufacturing: Global Formula Racing, overhaul of diesel engines, gas turbines, diesel generators, CPP system, evaporator or other various pieces of engineering equipment
  • Manufacturing Engineering and machine shop environment
  • Cleanroom processes, safety, periodic tool maintenance
