Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative position responsibilities include but are not limited to, serving our patients by checking their prescriptions out through the POS system, provide a high level of service to our patients, answering the telephone, working with the drivers to coordinate prescription deliveries, stock shelves, etc.
Applicants must be a team player and want to provide the best pharmaceutical care to all of our patients. We are looking for someone with exceptional administrative skills who has a customer focused orientation and professional demeanor. This role is full time, hours: Monday- Friday 8-7 p.m. also two Saturdays a month. We offer room to grow your career, great benefits and the ability to make a difference.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Provides correct information or directs the call to the appropriate team member or department while maintaining a high level of professionalism
· Ensures that good patient’s relations are maintained and patient’s claims and complaints are resolved kindly and effectively.
· Answer the telephone and help to assist patients and drivers
· Stock shelves and help to maintain an orderly work space
· Checking prescription out through the POS system
· Assist with the Pharmacist and Technicians to ensure we are providing excellent customer service to our patients
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalency required.
Experience:
· 0-2 years’ experience in a customer service setting. Experience in a sales-oriented environment preferred.
· Effective verbal and listening skills to provide courteous and professional customer service.
· Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling difficult calls and requests.
· Effective PC skills including electronic mail, intranet and industry standard applications. Ability to learn to use additional applications as necessary and utilize phone systems effectively.
· Ability to work well in a team environment.
· Detail focused and the ability to work in fast paced environment
