Customer Service Adviser

£12.21-£14.50 per hour (DOE)
IMMEDIATE START
I am looking to speak to a competent customer service adviser who is a confident communicator and has good keyboard skills, I am working with a utilities company who require a customer service adviser the role, the office would be office based initially and then revert to a hybrid model.
You’ll be performing seeing cases through from start to finish and helping assist with a backlog of work and liaising with Engineers and arranging appointments.
What you will be doing:-
- Making outgoing calls to arrange meter readings and scheduled appointments.
- Liaising with engineers to arrange appointments and seeing the process through to conclusion
- Logging the details on the in-house system and ensuring all details are updated
What experience you’ll bring to the team
- Contact centre and customer service experience.
- Confident communicator
- Excellent keyboard skills.
- Brilliant organisation ability
