DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Customer Engineer to join our team in Groß-Gerau, Germany. This is a Hybrid role and will require some travel.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Organizing and supporting customer engineering training events, and actively partake in training & coaching of new customer engineers.
• Manage subsystem testing schedules and guarantee personal availability with flexibility and changing priorities.
• Leads and supports team meetings, engineering initiatives and other associated key team processes.
• Provide installation integration advice and guidance to customer engineers, subsystem suppliers and OEM’s during design phase
• Attend and actively partake in key customer business review meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Degree educated, in a STEM subject
• Experience within a fast-paced Customer engineering department
• Fluent in both English and German
• Willing to travel both nationally and internationally
