Full-Time Customer Engagement Officer
Job Description
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Phoenix Futures team as Customer Engagement Officer for our Residential services.
The Role
As the Customer Engagement Officer, you will support the Customer Engagement Manager, supporting the management of the national referrals & admissions pathways for Phoenix Residentials. You will also oversee all day to day communication and correspondence with local authorities, community drug & alcohol teams and care managers, including promotion of the residential services through marketing events, emails, magazine publications and online engagement events and meetings. You will need to work on your own initiative utilising data to identify trends and identify opportunities for development of services or provisions.
About You
To join us as the Customer Engagement Officer at Phoenix Futures, you will need:
- Experience of being an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Previous experience of multi agency liaison and be able to support growth of professional relationships
- Confident in the analysis of data for monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Experience of working on your own initiative
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word and familiar with relevant database management systems
