An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Delivery operations team for the post of Customer Champion. Customer Champions are multi-skilled and respond to peak periods of demand in all of our services ensuring high standards are delivered to customers at all times. The post assists the Customer Delivery team in the provision of a range of customer facing services across all of our key sites including, but not restricted to, Mersey Ferries, Mersey Tunnels, Bus Stations and our Customer Contact Centre.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work at any Merseytravel location across the Merseyside area as and when required
Hours:
Must have flexible approach to working hours as rest days may change to cover key events across the year, including major events and Special Cruises. Working an average 35 hours per week across Monday to Sunday on a roster incorporating early and late starts to reflect the demand of our services.
