We are looking for a talented CSAR Global Build and Support Leader to join
our team specializing in technology architecture and leadership for Cummins Electronics and Fuel Systems (CEFS) in Columbus, IN (potential remote).
CSAR is the implementation of AUTOSAR within Cummins. These platforms will be used in electronics across all business product lines of Cummins. CSAR Global Build and Support Leader is a new role within CSAR designed to help support CSAR adoption across the various Cummins product lines by providing build and problem resolution support in a
timely manner. This role will be directly leading the addressing of complex technical global challenges associated with build and support for CSAR programs supporting all the global programs; therefore, development of capable global organization in all regions will be critical.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Design and develop an organization that will support Cummins AUTOSAR builds for applications and teams worldwide across the Cummins product lines
• Create a worldwide build support organization that will focus on troubleshooting build issues and provide customer support.
• Develop training and plan for growth of roles and responsibilities of individuals on the team who would create the build environment and support build troubleshooting.
• Define and develop the support roles needed to address build related issues.
• Develop the roadmap and gather alignment within the various CSAR users regarding the functionality and performance needs of the build environment.
• Develop the support plan for CSAR build requests from application software developers. This would include determining the level and types of troubleshooting of issues to be supported by the team to meet the needs of the application software developers within the various product lines within Cummins.
• Determine how to protect OEM and supplier unique SW and support those OEMs and suppliers as they work within the CSAR environment in a manner that protects the interests and IP for each party.

Education/Experience
• College, university, or equivalent bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
