Full-Time CRM & Analytics Manager
Job Description
SoulCycle is looking for a CRM & Analytics Manager to be responsible for supporting multi-channel campaigns (through strategy & execution) across owned channels and running analytics & reporting across paid and owned channels. The CRM & Analytics manager will own and execute the email and related in-app marketing strategy to strengthen our relationship with riders throughout the lifecycle, as a means to drive high-value behavior, reduce churn, and increase brand love. They will be responsible for developing customer segmentation, personalization, A/B testing and for helping identify opportunities and reports across all channels. The ideal candidate is extremely data driven and has a proven track record in using analytics to drive value in other organizations.
This role will report into the Director of Growth Marketing and will manage a CRM Associate.

- Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (Braze)
- Expertise with customer data via BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Domo), spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable) and SQL
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
ROLES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:
- Develop standardized reporting structure and maintain dashboards to report back to the broader organization
- Manage, measure and optimize existing retention marketing program (email, push, in app messaging); push the boundaries of where and how we communicate to our riders
- Own campaign calendar and deployment strategy – including creating audience segments, scheduling, and delivery/ KPI optimization
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns
- Develop and implement robust and innovative data backed A/B testing plan to increase effectiveness within and across channels
- Build out email reporting infrastructure to consistently and efficiently analyze key metrics and disseminate learnings across the business
- Partner with internal creative and/ or outside agency partners to integrate learnings into content strategy as a means to drive increased engagement
- Support email trigger strategy development and execution
- Manage customer database, including hygiene, auditing for accuracy & integration of new data elements
- Manage and mentor CRM Associate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Finance or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in a data-oriented growth marketing role at a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
