Job Summary
Serving in a Public Services Lead capacity, you will be responsible for performing advanced and specialized administrative work in District Court and leading Public Service and Civil Court Operations teams. Some of the responsibilities include providing input to your manager with workforce planning and recruitments, performing training and cross-training of staff, delegating work assignments, providing technical guidance and assistance to members of your team, performing department-specific data collection and analysis, and maintaining procedure manuals for the assigned departments.

Education and Experience:
A job-related Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is desired in addition to a combination of experience and specialized training. Experience may include two (2) years in the area of assignment and/or three (3) to five (5) years of advanced administrative support experience in court operation and public service.
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.

Salary Grade: Local 11.507 $22.82 – $29.18- per hour
