Job Description
We are looking for a talented Controls & Test Engineer to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Fridley, MN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Use controls and automation skills to help drive health and safety culture
* Support assigned production lines and test cells to ensure uptime and fast recovery time from controls perspective
* Launch continuous improvement projects to optimize flow and improve OEE
* Lead small to mid-scale transformation or tactival projects from start to completion
* Investigate innovative automation process and controls equipment to achieve modern plant initative
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* College, university, or equivalent degree required.
* Basic level of relevant experience required that includes control and test engineer background.
* Experience may include PLC programming, hardware selection, troubleshooting, basic knowledge of engine/genset, etc.
* Strong communication skills, eager to learn and tech savvy
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
