Full-Time Contracts Administrator (Hybrid / remote possibilities)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join our team specializing in Law for our Distribution Business working from anywhere in the United States.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Review and negotiate sales contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

* Collaborate with sales team, customers, other contract administrators and legal regarding contract management.

* Track incoming contracts.

* Train sales team on legal risks and contract management process.

* Assist with contracts management process improvement projects.

* Manage, develop, and implement project(s) of varying complexity and size while partnering with business stakeholders to ensure success.

* Lead projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives while working to establish performance goals; designs project plan, develops timeline, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timeline.

* Manage project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risks and identifies solutions.

* Maintains project information and communicates with Project Sponsor and stakeholders.

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* College, university, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Pre-Law, Political Science, or related field required.

* 3 years of relevant work experience (excluding internships) required.

* Paralegal certificate preferred

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
