Freelance Content Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Content Manager to oversee, create, and optimize content for our real estate website. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital content, SEO, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will lead content strategy, ensure the quality and relevance of all content, and work closely with marketing and SEO teams to drive traffic and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy tailored to real estate audiences.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, guides, market reports, and property descriptions.
Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and SEO teams to align content with business goals.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content meets editorial standards.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role, preferably in real estate or property-related sectors.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital publishing.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in [Danish/English].
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
