This Role…
This is the perfect opportunity for a content SEO pro with global experience in developing & implementing a robust SEO strategy. You will play a key role in developing a relevant and high-quality SEO content strategy across our websites, working closely with the content team to produce high-quality content (as well as having the ability to produce your own!) with the aim of attracting new pet owners to our pet healthcare range.
What you need to deliver…
• Leading the portfolio wide YuMOVE SEO strategy you will impact the business by:
• Delivering YoY growth in organic traffic with a focus on engaging and Inspiring new pet owners whilst delivering against key KPIs like traffic, new customers, revenue and conversion rate
• Building the SEO roadmap In the UK and supporting our global team and International website portfolio across content, on-page and technical and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute initiatives.
• Developing and expanding on our SEO keyword universe working closely with the paid search team so our search channels work In harmony!
• Working with the CRO team to develop a site experience perfectly matched to new pet owners discovering us through content.
• Making a notable difference to our site being a example technical SEO best In-Class
What you need to succeed…
• You must be passionate about SEO and willing to throw yourself into continuously learning about the ever-evolving world of organic search. Don’t accept theories at face value and enjoy testing to prove effectiveness of tactics.
• Proven track record of managing SEO in-house and collaborating with internal teams and managing external agencies.
• Experience working with a Direct-to-Consumer subscription business is a plus.
• Well-versed in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahref, Screaming Frog or other relevant SEO tools, Shopify Plus.
• Strong content & on-page SEO strategy background.
• An understanding of technical and international SEO.
• Comfortable leading a content strategy from keyword research to optimisation and execution.
• Comfortable measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on marketing performance data.
