Position Summary:
The Co-Executive Director for Policy, Planning, and Programs manages, oversees, and implements the programs, policy work, advocacy goals, and community outreach initiatives of the organization, and assists the other Co-Executive Director with financial oversight, fundraising, communications, and operations. This position demands a high level of skill in relationship building, community organizing, diplomacy, attention to detail, and understanding of complex local conservation issues. This position also requires a strong spirit of collaboration and shared decision-making with the other Co-Executive Director and staff. As the Coalition writes its next chapter, the Co-Executive Director will be instrumental in developing our next Strategic Plan in 2025 and steering the next phase of our advocacy, policy, and planning goals. The current annual budget of the organization is just under $400,000 with anticipated growth in the years ahead. This position is supervised by the Board of Directors.
Compensation: $75,000-80,000 per year
