Full-Time Clinical Director *bonus*
Job Description
**This position is offering a $2,000 bonus (half upon hire, half after 12 months of employment)**
The Clinical Director maintains responsibility for the administration and supervision of the clinical component of the program; ensures clinical program compliance and adherence to applicable licensing regulations. This position must be able to work the hours required to meet the clinical needs of the program including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and evenings and weekends as needed.
This position is located at an adolescent female detention facility in Westborough, MA.
Salary Range is $60,000-$65,000 annually.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical / Counseling, Psychology or related field required.
- Professional Licensure required: LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).
- Minimum of two years field experience required.
- Demonstrated direct experience with youth counseling and/or assessments.
- Highly developed clinical skills including assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
